COPYCAT  CHIPOTLE CHICKEN

Chipotle Chicken is marinated chicken thighs that are pan-fried and diced into bite-sized pieces to serve with a tortilla and all your favorite fixings.

INGREDIENTS

Coriander

Cumin

Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

Garlic

Olive Oil

Blend all seasonings  in a blender on high.

Add marinated sauce to chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cook contents on skillet at medium high for 5-7 minutes each side.

Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
