- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half and sliced into 2-inch strips
Butter Mixture
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ tablespoon parsley, minced
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Topping
- 2½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
Cream Cheese Mixture
Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-low until creamy.
Add the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, parsley. Continue to beat on low until the mixture is smooth.
Fold in parmesan cheese.
Assembly
Place sliced bread on a lined baking sheet, cut side up.
Top evenly with the butter mixture.
Next, top with cream cheese mixture.
Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
