- 3-4 cups romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces
- 1 cup honey ham, cubed small
- 1 cup roasted turkey, cubed small
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, cubed small
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, cubed small
- ⅓ cup raspberry poppyseed dressing
- homemade croutons, for garnish
- shaved parmesan cheese, for garnish
To a large salad bowl, add lettuce, ham, turkey, cheddar, and swiss cheese. Top with dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese. Toss and serve.
