Ingredients

  • 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen steak fries
  • 2 cups shredded beef*, warmed
  • 1-2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 white onion, finely diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, finely diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno, finely diced
  • cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • sour cream, for garnish
  • queso fresco, for garnish
  • ½ cup shredded beef juice,  warmed (this is the juice that is with the meat when you make it), drizzled for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the package of steak fries.
  • Place the fries in an even layer on a large baking sheet and cook according to the package instructions. (We like ours on the crispy side and usually give them a few extra minutes.)
  • Top the cooked steak fries with an even layer of shredded beef and shredded cheese.
  • Top with diced onion, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, sour cream, and queso fresco. Drizzle with shredded beef juice.
  • Serve the steak fries immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

I have a delicious shredded beef recipe that is perfect for these Loaded French Fries.
