Ingredients

  • ½ cup (107.25 g) extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup (59.75 g) red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup (60 g) ketchup
  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  • To a mason jar, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, ketchup, sugar, paprika, onion powder, and celery seed.
  • Using an immersion blender, mix the ingredients until well combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
