Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 g) red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons chipotles in adobo, about 1-2 peppers with sauce
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ cup (109 g) vegetable oil

Instructions

  • To the bowl of a blender, add red wine vinegar, water, chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and oregano. Blend until combined.
  • With the blender on low, slowly drizzle in oil until the mixture emulsifies and comes together. Pour into a container with a lid and chill.
  • Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
