Bisquick Pizza Dough
Bisquick Pizza Dough is an easy and delicious way to make a homemade pizza crust to top and bake with all of your favorite pizza toppings! Garlic Butter
- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Toppings
- pizza toppings, (sauce, cheese, meats, vegetables)
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
To a medium bowl, add Bisquick™ and water. Mix until well combined. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes as you make the garlic butter.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic salt, and parsley.
When ready, press the pizza dough into the pizza pan. (It will be a thin crust.) Brush the top of the dough with garlic butter.
Top the uncooked dough with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
