- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 ½-2 pounds)
- ½ cup (115 g) sour cream
- 1 cup (235 g) Caesar salad dressing

To a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
To the skillet with the chicken, add sour cream and Caesar dressing, stirring to combine.
Reduce heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Top with parmesan cheese. Simmer for one more minute, or until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
