- 4 boneless pork chops, ½-inch to 1-inch thick, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F.* Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the pork chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the pork chops on all sides.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Allow the baked pork chops to rest in the pan for 5 minutes. This step helps redistribute the juices, ensuring a juicy and tender result.
Serve garnished with parsley.
*Air Fryer Instructions:

- Prepare the pork chops as instructed.
- Place seasoned pork chops into the basket of your air fryer.
