- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (skin and bones removed)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed fennel
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 slices white American cheese
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 8 brioche hamburger buns
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, chicken, salt, pepper, fennel, and red pepper. Heat through.
Slice individual hamburger buns in half. Top each bun with cheese, warm chicken mixture, and a slice of tomato.
