Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
  • ½ cup (116 g) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced (for a total of 6 slices)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, and mustard. Mix well.
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, set out slices of tomato, top with tuna mixture, and a slice of cheese.
  • Bake for 7-10, or until cheese is hot and bubbly
