Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots, washed, peeled, and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the carrots, brown sugar, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the coated carrots to the basket of an air fryer. Fry the carrots at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • After the 15 minutes, toss the carrots and season them with the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Fry for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer basket and serve immediately.
