Ingredients

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half and sliced into 2-inch strips

Butter Mixture

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoon parsley, minced

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Topping

  • cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Garlic Butter

  • In a medium bowl combine butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Stir until well combined. Set aside.

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium-low until creamy.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, parsley. Continue to beat on low until the mixture is smooth.
  • Fold in parmesan cheese.

Assembly

  • Place sliced bread on a lined baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Top evenly with the butter mixture.
  • Next, top with cream cheese mixture.
  • Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and melted.
