- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound green beans, chopped into ¼-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili oil, or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil.
When the oil is hot, add the chopped green beans. Cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and browned.
Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic chili oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
