Ingredients

  • 3 cups (339 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen spinach
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • ½ cup (115 g) sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • tortilla chips, for dipping

Instructions

  • To a slow cooker, add mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or crostini.
