Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen spinach
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilis
  • ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • tortilla chips or crostini, for serving

Instructions

  • Add mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder to a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is creamy and well blended.
  • Stir well before serving and enjoy warm with tortilla chips or crostini.
