- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag (10 ounces) frozen spinach
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilis
- ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- tortilla chips or crostini, for serving
Add mozzarella cheese, spinach, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, jalapeno, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder to a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is creamy and well blended.
Stir well before serving and enjoy warm with tortilla chips or crostini.
