Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs, about 2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.* Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Then, toss the chicken legs into the bowl to coat them with the oil and seasonings mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer on the lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
  • Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken legs are cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown. Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken legs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
