Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks, 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain any excess grease. Stir in the hamburger seasoning and onion powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Roll the pizza dough out on the prepared baking sheet into roughly a 10×15-inch rectangle.
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the beef.
Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
Starting with the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Immediately after baking, brush hot bread with melted butter. Then, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
