- 1 recipe onion bacon jam, divided
- ½ cup (115 g) sour cream
- 4 ounces (½ block) cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons green onions, finely sliced (plus more for garnish)
- kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Prepare the bacon jam according to the recipe. Once finished, spoon out ½ cup and set it aside for topping. Leave the remaining bacon jam in the skillet.
Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and green onions to the warm bacon jam. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl. Top with the reserved bacon jam and a sprinkle of extra sliced green onions.
Serve warm with crackers, potato chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables. To serve later, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
