Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for mild heat

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  • Whisk or shake well until evenly blended, breaking up any clumps from the brown sugar.
