- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 ¼ teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ⅛ teaspoon mustard powder
To Make Blackened Ranch Dressing
Whisk together 1 tablespoon seasoning, ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sour cream, and 2 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk, adding the buttermilk gradually until you reach your desired consistency. For a little brightness, you can also add ½ teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can develop.
