- 1 tube (8 ounces) crescent roll dough
- 24 links cocktail-sized sausages
- ⅓ cup (84 g) buffalo sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F.* Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, toss the cocktail sausages with buffalo sauce until fully coated. Set aside.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a cutting board. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough in half lengthwise, then cut each rectangle into 12 strips (about 2 inches each). You should have 24 strips in total.
Wrap each sausage with a strip of dough, sealing the edges. Place them seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
Brush the top of each wrapped sausage with the beaten egg.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
While baking, mix together the melted butter, ranch seasoning, and parsley.
Once out of the oven, brush each pig in a blanket with the ranch butter while still warm.
Drizzle with buffalo sauce and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
