- 4 ears corn, husked and carefully cut into 1 ½-inch sections
- 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted
- parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F.* Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, leaving enough room on the ends of the foil to create a packet.
Place the corn onto the lined baking sheet. Brush each section of corn with the melted cowboy butter, ensuring all sides are coated.
Wrap the corn in the aluminum foil, creating a large packet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
After baking, carefully open the aluminum foil. Broil the corn for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown.
Remove corn from the oven. Brush the remaining cowboy butter over each section. (Reheat butter if necessary.)
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
*Air Fryer Instructions:
- Brush sections of corn with the melted cowboy butter.

- Air fry corn at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove corn from air fryer. Brush with more melted cowboy butter. Garnish with parsley.
