Cowboy Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake is a cheesy, buttery breakfast bake made with flaky croissants, savory ham, sharp cheddar cheese, and Cowboy Butter Seasoning. - 12 medium croissants, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ pound deli ham, cubed
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
Egg Mixture
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (238 g) heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Cowboy Butter Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Cowboy Butter Seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the croissant pieces to the egg mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish. Tuck the cubed ham and cheddar cheese in between the croissant pieces.
Pour any remaining egg mixture evenly over the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 12 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and Cowboy Butter Seasoning.
Brush the Cowboy Butter over the warm croissant bake before serving.
