- 1 cup (232 g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon coarse Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
Add chopped chives, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Stir until evenly incorporated.
Add lemon juice, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using to let the flavors develop.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
