Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 4 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons sun-dried tomato powder, or finely diced dry sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed slightly if whole
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl or directly into a spice jar.
  • Stir or shake until everything is well combined. If you prefer a stronger sun-dried tomato flavor or a little extra heat, mix in a bit more sun-dried tomato powder or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
