- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 4 teaspoons dried thyme
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons sun-dried tomato powder, or finely diced dry sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed slightly if whole
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional, adjust to taste
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or directly into a spice jar.
Stir or shake until everything is well combined. If you prefer a stronger sun-dried tomato flavor or a little extra heat, mix in a bit more sun-dried tomato powder or crushed red pepper flakes.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
