One Pan Baked Caesar Salmon

I love how simple this One Pan Baked Caesar Salmon is to make. The salmon stays tender, the broccoli gets crispy edges, and the creamy Caesar dressing with melted cheese brings everything together for a dinner that feels special but comes together with very little effort.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon filets, about 6 ounces each, patted dry
  • 5 to 6 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • ¼ cup (59 g) Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup (25 g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
  • Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat and spread into an even layer.
  • For extra crispy broccoli, roast it for 5 minutes before adding the salmon.
  • Season the salmon filets with the remaining ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Nestle the salmon into the broccoli on the baking sheet.
  • Spoon or brush 1 to 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over each salmon filet. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the salmon and broccoli.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden. The broccoli should be tender with crispy edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top and extra Parmesan, if desired.
