Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 g) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 16 dill pickle slices

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of finely grated Parmesan cheese on the lined baking sheet. Press each mound firmly into a flat disc shape. Make sure to leave about 2 inches of space between each disc because they will spread while baking.
  • Pat the dill pickle slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Place one pickle slice on top of each Parmesan disc. Then, sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the pickles.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and bubbling. Keep a close eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Remove the crisps from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
  • Transfer the crisps to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
