- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until evenly blended.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
How to Use
Toss potatoes with 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil per pound until evenly coated. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 tablespoons of seasoning and toss again.
Roast, air fry, or bake until golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
