Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until evenly blended.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use

  • Toss potatoes with 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil per pound until evenly coated. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 tablespoons of seasoning and toss again.
  • Roast, air fry, or bake until golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
