Ingredients

  • 16 ounces imitation crab, chopped
  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • baguettes, tortilla chips, or crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a 9-inch, oven-safe skillet, mix together crab, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and ½ cup of cheese.

  3. Top with the other half cup of cheese and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes (or until heated through). Broil for one minute to get the cheese golden brown.

  4. Serve warm with baguettes, tortilla chips, or crackers.
