Loaded Tater Tot Nachos are crispy tater tots topped with seasoned beef and onions, Velveeta cheese, shredded cheese, and all of your favorite nacho toppings.
Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
While tots are baking, add ground beef and diced onion to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is no longer pink (8-10 minutes). Add taco seasoning to the beef and onions. Stir and set aside.
When tots are done, remove them from the oven and top them with the seasoned salt, cooked ground beef, cubed Velvetta, and shredded cheese.
Remove from oven. Serve topped with tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
