Air Fryer Southwest Chicken Burritos

Air Fryer Southwest Chicken Burritos are flour tortillas filled with shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, vegetables, taco seasoning, and fresh pico de gallo.

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • 6 flour tortillas, burrito size
  • cooking spray
  • sour cream, for garnish
  • pico de gallo, for garnish


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and pico de gallo. Stir until well combined.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of the mixture into the center of a tortilla shell. Fold in the sides, and, starting at the bottom, bring the shell over the top of the folded sides. Roll and tighten as you go, until secured.

  4. Spray the outside of the shell with cooking spray.
  5. Place into preheated air fryer for 5 minutes. (The number of burritos to air fry at one time depends on the size of your air fryer.)

  6. Flip and spray the opposite side of the burrito with cooking spray. Cook 5 more minutes.

  7. Remove from air fryer and serve warm with pico de gallo and sour cream.
