RASPBERRY COCOA CRINKLES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups master mix recipe below
  • 3 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried raspberries
  • Chocolate cocoa mix for coating

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the master mix with freeze-dried raspberries. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
  • Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and coat in the chocolate cocoa mix. Place on the prepared baking sheet 2-inches apart.
  • Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.
