Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 can (15 ounces) baked beans
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the beans and pepper.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the bacon. Bake for 1 hour, until bubbly.
