Ingredients

  • 2 pounds spicy Italian sausage
  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, grated
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in grated butter until evenly combined.
  • In the same bowl, add the sausage, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, grated cheddar, and mozzarella.
  • Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a rimmed prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
