  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, washed, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together until the potatoes are coated.

  3. Evenly spread out the coated potatoes on the lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through. The potatoes should be golden brown.

  5. Broil the potatoes an additional 3-5 minutes, or until crispy.

  6. Serve immediately.
