- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano.
Whisk until evenly mixed.
Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar and store in a cool, dry place.
To Use
Pat 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels.
Toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 to 2 teaspoons of the seasoning blend, depending on your taste preference.
Cook the shrimp using your preferred method (skillet, grill, air fryer, or oven) until pink, opaque, and cooked through.
