- 5 cans (15.25 ounces each) corn kernels, drained
- 2 cups (226 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (113 g) Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup (122.5 g) whole milk
- ½ cup (113 g) cowboy butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- parsley, chopped for garnish
To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, milk, cowboy butter, cream cheese, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour, or low for 2-3 hours.
Stir to combine.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
