  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, buffalo sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and mustard until smooth.
  • Add the frozen meatballs and stir to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  • Transfer the coated meatballs and sauce to the bowl of a slow cooker*.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring once or twice, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce is slightly thickened.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.

*Stovetop Method
  1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, whisk together the honey, buffalo sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and mustard until smooth.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve warm, with parsley garnish if desired.
