- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar.
Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
How to Use
Generously season steaks with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the blend per steak. Press the seasoning into the meat so it adheres well.
Let steaks rest for 20 to 40 minutes at room temperature before cooking, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.
