Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • cup (160 g) cranberry aioli, divided
  • 10 slices provolone cheese, divided
  • 16 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast, deli slices or leftover turkey
  • ½ yellow onion, thinly sliced into crescents (curved thin pieces)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced (about 8 slices)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 7×11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, salt, and parsley. Set aside.
  • Split your rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • Spread ⅓ cup cranberry aioli over the bottom halves of the buns.
  • Top the aioli with 5 slices of provolone cheese. Follow with a layer of the turkey, onion, tomato, and the remaining provolone cheese slices.
  • Brush the cut side of the top halves of the rolls with the remaining ⅓ cup cranberry aioli.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes (or until the tops of the sliders turn a golden brown).
  • Remove from oven, slice, and serve!
