Ingredients

  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, kosher salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir or shake until evenly mixed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.

To Use

  • Toss 4 to 6 cups of chopped vegetables with 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable seasoning.
  • Spread vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, about 30 to 35 minutes.
