- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a small bowl or jar, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, kosher salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir or shake until evenly mixed.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
To Use
Toss 4 to 6 cups of chopped vegetables with 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable seasoning.
Spread vegetables in an even layer on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, about 30 to 35 minutes.
