- 6 slices white sandwich bread, toasted
- ½ cup Cowboy Mayo
- 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced (about 4 slices per tomato)
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 4 slices deli ham
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Lay all six slices of the toasted bread flat on a cutting board. Spread 1 tablespoon of Cowboy Mayo on one side of each slice.
To build the first sandwich, place one slice of bread, mayo-side up, on a clean surface.
Top with half of the sliced turkey, one romaine lettuce leaf, and 4 slices of tomato. Lightly season the tomato slices with kosher salt and black pepper.
Place a second slice of bread on top, mayo-side down. Spread 1 tablespoon of Cowboy Mayo on the top side of this slice.
Layer four slices of bacon, two slices of ham, one slice of cheddar cheese, and another romaine leaf.
Place the third slice of bread on top, mayo-side down. Press down gently to compact the sandwich.
Secure the sandwich with four toothpicks, placing one near each corner. Carefully cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters.
Repeat the steps to assemble the second sandwich.
Serve immediately.
