- 5 cans (15.25 ounces each) corn kernels, drained
- 2 cups (226 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (113 g) Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup (122.5 g) whole milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, shredded cheese, milk, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, butter, and cream cheese. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2-3 hours.
Serve warm.
