Italian Pinwheels
Italian Pinwheels are a flavorful appetizer made with flour tortillas filled and rolled with a seasoned cream cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, deli meats, and giardiniera. Then, they are cut into 1-inch pieces for delicious finger food to serve at your next gathering or for the big game!

- 1 ½ blocks (12 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 7 flour (8-inch) tortillas
- 14 slices mozzarella, divided
- 14 slices deli ham, thinly sliced, divided
- 21 slices salami, large rounds, divided
- 21 slices pepperoni, large rounds, divided
- ½ cup giardiniera, chopped, divided
- parsley, chopped for garnish
To a small bowl, add cream cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix to combine.
Divide the cream cheese mixture equally between the tortillas (about 2 ½ tablespoons each), spreading it evenly over the whole tortilla.
Layer 2 slices of mozzarella in the middle of a tortilla. Then evenly place 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 3 slices of pepperoni over the whole tortilla. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons giardiniera over the meats.
Roll each tortilla up tightly, place in a shallow dish, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
When ready, slice the tortillas into 1-inch pieces.
