Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Use a serrated knife to slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the rolls (keep the top and bottom halves attached). Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the pulled pork with the barbecue sauce until evenly coated. Spread the pulled pork evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the filling, pressing down slightly.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes. Then, remove the top halves of the rolls, top the sliders with coleslaw, and place the top halves back on. If desired, sprinkle poppy seeds on top for a little extra crunch before serving.
  • Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
