Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Use a serrated knife to slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the rolls (keep the top and bottom halves attached). Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the pulled pork with the barbecue sauce until evenly coated. Spread the pulled pork evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Place the top half of the rolls over the filling, pressing down slightly.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Then, remove the top halves of the rolls, top the sliders with coleslaw, and place the top halves back on. If desired, sprinkle poppy seeds on top for a little extra crunch before serving.
Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
