Ingredients

  • 1 pound wide macaroni noodles, cooked
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) light beer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup steak bites, cooked

Instructions

  • Place a large pot over high heat. Add beer and cream cheese.
  • Allow beer to simmer.
  • Using a wire whisk, break up cream cheese into smaller pieces.
  • Add cheddar cheese.
  • Warm and whisk until completely smooth.
  • Pour cooked noodles and steak bites into cheese sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
