  • 1 pound wide macaroni noodles cooked
  • 12 ounces bottle of light beer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup steak bites cooked


  1. Place a large pot over high heat. Add beer and cream cheese.
  2. Allow beer to simmer.
  3. Using a wire whisk, break up cream cheese into smaller pieces.
  4. Add cheddar cheese.
  5. Warm and whisk until completely smooth.
  6. Pour cooked noodles and steak bites into cheese sauce.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
