Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar.
  • Stir or shake well until evenly combined.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

How To Use

  • Pat salmon dry, then sprinkle seasoning evenly over the top. Gently press it in so it sticks. (Use about 1 to 2 teaspoons per salmon fillet, depending on size and how bold you want the flavor.)
  • Cook salmon as desired. Bake, pan-sear, or air fry. This seasoning also works well on chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
