- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar.
Stir or shake well until evenly combined.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
How To Use
Pat salmon dry, then sprinkle seasoning evenly over the top. Gently press it in so it sticks. (Use about 1 to 2 teaspoons per salmon fillet, depending on size and how bold you want the flavor.)
Cook salmon as desired. Bake, pan-sear, or air fry. This seasoning also works well on chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
