- 24 ounces (623 g) cottage cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup taco seasoning
- ¼ cup (57.5 g) sour cream
- 1 romaine heart, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ¼ cup green onions, diced
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded, diced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup (113 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ medium lime, squeezed
To a blender, add cottage cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. Blend until creamy and all ingredients are incorporated.
Spread mixture evenly onto a serving platter.
Add sour cream. Spread evenly over the top of the mixture.
Add each of the chopped vegetables in a layer, starting with lettuce. Follow with tomato, green onions, jalapeno, black olives, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle lime juice over the top of the mixture. Serve with chips for dipping.
