- 1 recipe slow cooker honey garlic chicken, prepared according to instructions, shredded
- 12 brioche slider buns
- 1 ½ cups (105 g) shredded red cabbage
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- sesame seeds, optional for garnish
Prepare the slow cooker honey garlic chicken according to the recipe instructions. Once cooked, shred the chicken and coat it thoroughly in the honey garlic sauce. Set aside while you proceed with the next steps.
In a medium bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Toss to combine.
Divide the slider buns in half. Top the bottom of each bun with an equal amount of shredded chicken and slaw.
Add the top halves of the buns. Serve.
